Very disappointing experience at this location. I waited in line for approximately 45 minutes without being acknowledged by any staff member. There was no communication regarding delays, mobile orders, or what was causing the extended wait. I was in line with four other customers, and one by one, each person eventually left due to the wait time. Once I finally reached the counter, I placed my order and was then asked to wait. Another 15 minutes passed before I received my food. My order was simply a classic pepperoni pizza, so the overall wait time was extremely frustrating. At that point, I honestly felt that placing a mobile order may have been faster. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. I am very disappointed with the level of service at this location. I would appreciate it if someone from Corporate could contact me via email so I can provide additional information regarding what occurred. I have my receipt, including the cashier’s name and the location number, and I would be happy to provide those details for follow-up. I hope this matter can be addressed, as this was far from the level of customer service I exp

What’s the point of a drive thru if you still have to go inside to pick up the order. The manager I guess I can’t rarely understand him. Told me 10mins at the drive thru. ITS BEEN 25mins. And it’s not even busy. I understand service and I worked FB but don’t keep looking at me and not give me an update. Finally asked for one, all I heard was “heydujwjxye” I couldn’t understand him. His customer service is not how it should be.
